GREAT Experience! Honest Dealership with FAIR PRICES! 8/21/2011

I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants an honest, hassle-free, purchase! MY experience with Greg, owner of GoMotors was a breath of fresh air! We looked for months with used car sharks telling us half-truths. A GREAT experience here with Greg from start to finish! We purchased a used Toyota from Greg for our son - his first car, and he is thrilled with the car. It is in great condition and we feel we paid a very fair price for it. These guys are straight shooters and go out of their way to accommodate all your needs! Save yourself a long and protracted struggle with other dealers - give these guys a try! You won't regret it! more

Great Car Buying Experience 7/9/2011

I bought a 2006 Land Rover Ranger Rover from Greg and Don at Go Motors and had an excellent experience. They we both polite and full of useful information. They spent a lot of time helping me get a loan in place. I also bought a warranty to cover my new truck until 2014. This has been one of the best car buying experiences I have experienced. I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. Also the price was well below the market so I feel I got a great deal. more

Plan to spend more than you bargained for 4/20/2011

We had to invest way more money in the car we purchased from Go Motors than we should have.\r They LIED on their Website add and in the information they provided that the car was under a year long extended warranty.\r That information was completely bogus!!!\r We weren't sure we were ever going to get the title for our car.\r They don't return phone calls once you sign on the dotted line.\r Take your business elsewhere! more

I love my car I just bought at Go Motors! 8/21/2010

I just want to let people know that out of all of the cars I have bought, Go Motors (in Boulder on 28th Street) was the most easy to deal with. They were totally laid back and not high pressure at all. I wasn’t sure right away and they let me take the car to lunch to think about it. I was just nervous because you don’t spend $20,000 every day. The car is absolutely beautiful!! It’s an Audi A4 and has bumper to bumper warranty on it still! I am so psyched!:) more

Horrible 7/21/2010

After searching for months my husband and I purchased a 2000 Toyota 4runner from Greg in May 2010. We drove 5 hours to purchase this vehicle because my husband had talked extensively with Greg over the phone regarding maintenance of this vehicle. He assured us all regular maintenance had been done as he was ""selling it for a good friend who takes good care of his cars"" One of our top concerns was if the timing belt had been replaced as it was right at the mileage that that needed to be done and Greg assured us that it had been. We got to GoMotors the next day to look at the 4runner and my husband noticed it had a shimmy in the steering which after talking with our mechanic back home he thought it was probably the rack & pinon..which runs about $1,000. We understand we are buying a used car so there is going to be upkeep and maintenance so we could live with that...after looking the car over my husband asked him for the service records (which Greg had told him several times over the phone he had allllll service records) he could not produce them. My husband asked him if he could prove the timing belt had been changed...Greg tried to call the Toyota dealership (as he assured us all maintenance had been done by Toyota dealer) and they did not have any records of it being replaced. Greg of course could not get a hold of his ""friend"" that he was selling it for but assured us he had all the records.... The timing belt is around $1,000 to replace. Which is fine in itself but add that to the other $1,000 for the steering issues and that's a big chunk of change. My husband told Greg we could do one or the other but not both and we loved the car but it just wasn't feesible for us right now and not knowing for sure if the timing belt had actually been replaced was a major issue. Greg put it in the Seller Guarantee that if he couldn't produce the records for the timing belt that he would replace it on his dime. So we went ahead with the purchase. Another inconvience was the fact that he only had one key but he promised us that his ""friend"" had more keys and keyless entry. The jack is also missing which, again, he assured us his friend had. My husband had to go back to the eastern slope for business 2 weeks later and got a hold of Greg so he could pick up the keys and jack...Greg told him yes he did have it and it would be ready for him. My husband drove to Boulder on his way back home and low and behold no keys, no jack and no Greg. Of course no answer on Greg's cell phone either. Almost ywo months later and we had yet to even hear back from Greg about the timing belt, the keys and the jack. We have replaced the timing belt as the seller guarantee we had with him expired after 30 days....imagine that. My husband actually did a hold of Greg the other day regarding the keys...because they are coded and are going to cost us a couple hundred dollars...he said he would call right back after he talked to his ""friend"" but of course we have yet to hear from him..... oh and we just got the title in the mail the other day..thankfully as the temp tags expire by the end of July...just a few days away. All in all I love my 4runner but our experience with Greg and GoMotors has been nothing but trouble. i would never suggest them to anyone. He is a liar and a cheat and after reading other reviews sadly it sounds like this is his way of doing business. Cons: dishonest, won't return calls or emails more

Not trustworty! Don't do business here. 5/22/2010

He sold my truck on consignment almost two weeks ago and I still have not received my money. Nothing Greg has told me has come true. Untrustworthy! My truck is gone, he has his money, but I don't have mine. Cons: Untrustworthy! Need I say more. more

Still Frustrated... 3/5/2010

Initial transaction was smooth, but it took Greg Kotsaftis (the owner) over 60 days to produce the title. By this time, my temporary plate was up and I couldn't drive the car until it was sorted.\r \r In addition, he has been terrible regarding returning phone calls / emails. I'm still waiting for the maintenance records and feel I may have been mislead regarding service performed on the car.\r \r I would NOT recommend Greg K or Go Motors and will take my future business elsewhere.\r \r Also funny that the only positive review here was written by Greg himself... Pros: Decent Price, Great Pre-Sale Service / Communication Cons: Post-Sale Service (won't return phone calls, emails) more

Liars and Cheaters 10/3/2009

Purchased a Audi A4 and a 100,000 mile warranty from the owner Greg. Two weeks after owning the car I informed Greg about an oil leak and sticking gas pedal. They worked on my car for two years always telling me they had fixed both problems this time. Finally, I was told ""All Audi's leak oil and there was nothing else they could be about the sticking gas pedal"". I took it to McDonald Audi in Denver and it was then I was told Greg had never purchased my warranty. I also was told it was the worst oil leak they had seen in years and they untwisted some wires and the gas pedal seems to be fixed. I drove a very unsafe car for two years because I trusted Go Motors, I hope I can save another person from doing the same. Liars and cheaters..... Pros: clean service garage Cons: Don't think they did any work on my car.... more

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND REPAIR WORK! 6/9/2009

Give them a try! I was extremely pleased with the service department at Go Motors. Nic was well informed on the Audi product and very helpful. They provided me with a loaner vehicle and gave me a 20% new customer discount. They have an excellent inventory of preowned Audis and the owner Greg was available to answer any and all questions. It is nice to see that a small local business is ready to impress a new customer. Pros: Nic and repair technician more
