If there were 0 stars, that's what they'd get, because that's what we got from them - ZERO.
1. Service fee to assess our issue before any work was done. Took it and ran.
2. They missed an appointment date then pushed us to the back of the line for a new date 6 days later.
Let me explain:
First time trying Go Green, a nice technician came out to assess a problem with our water pressure. After paying the service call to have him to just assess the issue, he left to go back to give us a quote to repair it. Never heard from them again. After calls for them to follow up and complete the job - no response!
Giving Go Green the benefit of the doubt, we called them a second time to repair a broken shower pipe. Simple fix. We had a dead shower for a week and thought we could make it a couple more days for them to fix it. Day of appointment we got a call in the morning saying we were on the schedule for the day. Called them midday for an update and nothing. Finally they called late afternoon to advise us that they "can't make it today", and are rescheduling us out to the following Tuesday, over 6 days away!
If you want to roll the dice with your initial service call fee that might go to waste, or schedule a service call they may never show up to, Go Green! Otherwise call anyone else in your google search.
