Great deals and friendly staff 4/30/2013

Chris was very helpful and even fixed a game for me that was scratched and didn't work. He didn't charge me anything. The store has been open about a year now, I seen a couple negative reviews that were over 2 years old, so it cant be about the right place. I visit this store every couple of weeks to check out the deals. They have a large diversity of merchandise. more

Sexist staff, who decides that they'd rather spend time talking to someone else and trash-talking their boss than taking care of their customers. Walked in on this past Sunday and there was a girl talking to the two men who worked there, who looked very uncomfortable and kept having to defend someone to them. After they left, they continued to "talk smack" about their employer, her employer, and heaven only knows what else. My son did not need to hear this. Only wanted to speak to my husband, not me. I can think for myself, his input is not needed when I am asking you a question!! Will not go back. more

Terrible staff; not worth the few cents you save. 12/20/2010

After three separate visits, I have decided not to return to this store again. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but obviously this not just an isolated problem. Their prices aren't that bad, but you get what you pay for in terms of customer service. \r \r I have ovaries, but that doesn't mean I'm an idiot. I can go to GameStop and not be treated like I don't know what the heck I'm talking about. The staff is markedly sexist, at least in regards to the gaming community, and I will not be returning to a place where I am mocked. Further, unless you hound them, the counter staff will not assist you in making a selection or recommend a game based on any information you give them. Guy behind counter seemed more interested in his phone than in earning his paycheck.\r \r I wouldn't even give it half a star if it left me the option. more

Awesome store :] 4/28/2009

Amazing store, great selection, and they're cheaper than the competition. I've been there two or three times, I always leave with a load full of deals. Being a collector it's great knowing you can find good games that work for a budget friendly price. :] Pros: Cheap, amazing selection. Cons: Personal problem - They're an hours drive away :( more
