Having lived and worked the majority of my life in the corporate world, I can easily distinguish the difference between ordinary and extraordinary customer relations. Glow Medical Spa and Beauty Boutique has extraordinary skills. It is virtually impossible to find a business of any size these days that practice customer satisfaction like Glow does. Maybe the owners of Glow should think about hosting seminars on how to run a company. and treat customers. From their marketing, to the way they treat you before you walk in the door to the way they go above and above to think of EVERY detail (jewelry cleaner to use while you are getting your service, Molton Brown scented linens, the ability to sample products before buying, the opportunity to bring your child in and have them watch a DVD player while you get your service, evening appointments, make-up touch-ups for free, the ability to bring your own music and also the possibility of getting your car washed?!? while at the spa!, a hand written thank you note) Aside from the customer relation side of Glow, I am enthralled in my beauty services I receive there. Glow is one of a kind in Savannah and I have no doubt they have raised the bar much higher than it was as far as customer expectations for other spas. Extraordinary management and quality services!
Pros: wonderful management, skilled staff, amazing customer service, evening and weekend appointments, friendly, great selection of products, too many to name!
Cons: absolutely none- except I cannot afford to visit there every day!
