Really Happy with the Agency 2/16/2011

I was so happy when I found Globotur, my regular travel agency did not even know how to get to the cities I wanted to visit in Brazil (ouro preto and Porto de Galinhas). They not only found me a great Itinerary, their price also was lower than other agencies. As a frequent traveler I know that airlines constantly making changes on schedules, so one should reconfirm with the airline prior to traveling. more

Terrible Service 7/15/2008

Do not book with this agency. This agency made a mistake in booking a connection so that I had to find another flight and missed the entire first day of vacation. When I called from the airport they would not help and referred me back to the airline. On my return flight, the ticket they gave me said 6:35 but the flight left at 4:35 so the airline once again had to re book me on another flight. This business has terrible service and questionable business practices. Avoid at all costs. more
