Used Globe parking twice, the first time November/December 2011 and September 2012. Both times they took at least 30 minutes to pick us up after we got our checked bags. We would watch other off-airport vans come by two or three times before we were picked up. We were told we must have missed the vans as they drive by every 10 minutes. Really? We called base 3 times and were very anxious to get on a van, not hang out at PIT watching parking vans drive by. more

Best Place to Park at the Airport 1/25/2012

There is no other place by the airport that will ever get my business. I have been using Globe for over 15 years and they continue to shine. I often wait to get mechnical fixes, detailing, oil changes, car wash, and other auto related service until I go out of town. I know Globe will take care of all this while I am away on business or pleasure. They run shuttle service constantly and handle all my luggage. I will never park any where else after trying them all. more

Fair price, honorable people 1/4/2011

I have parked with these folks over quite a number of years. I have always found their services to be satisfactory. Others in our company have also always been quite satisfied with Globe. BUT...you really don't know with whom you are dealing until something goes wrong. When I last parked with them I asked for a car wash. When I returned my antenna was broken in such a way that both the antenna and wired part into which it is connected had to be replaced. I brought this to their attention by phone and fax on a Thursday. I received the check to replace the damaged parts on the following Wednesday. TOTALLY SATISFACTORY SERVICE TOTAL INTEGRITY THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO PARK AT THE GREATER PITTSBURGH AIRPORT more

They were excellent! 11/1/2010

Globe's service was excellent, and the price was the best around. We also paid to have our car interior detailed while we were gone. The end result: We arrived at the airport, claimed our baggage, and called Globe. They were there in 7 minutes to pick us up. When we got to their location, the car was ready to go - and IMMACULATE! We will definitely use them again, and I am spreading the word! more

I am very AA satisfied with the efficient employees. Price was great and a free carwash also . Thanks , 3 will return for all my business trips. more
