ive worked for this company before and all i can say is everything the other people have said EXCEPT yankees is true. this company hires a ton of people to fullfill their needs and then lays them off. if you get hired you go through the temp agency THEY own so they can keep you as a temp agent for as long as they want. then when you are lucky enough to get hired they make you go througha nother 90 days. i dont want to seem racist but if youre not a a family friend or jew ish or minority then you have little to no chance of moving up because when i left there was maybe 2 out of 20 that were white. its a family of lawyers and they know the laws so spend the extra 2 or 3 days applying and interviewing some where else and if your desperate apply here! more

I applied for a customer service job.I took the tests and they said that they would call me in a couple of days to let me know either way if I got the job.They called me two weeks later and said could I come in that very day for another interview.They told me it looked like I had the job and they would call me in a couple of days to start training.Well a week went by and i did not hear from them!Global response wasted hours of my time when all the while they had no intention of hiring me!They only hire blacks and hispanics.I was they only white person there both times when I went there.My neighbor who is white told me they did the same thing to her and her sister.They go through the process of hiring white people but they only hire blacks and hispanics because they get federal tax credits for hiring minorities.They go through the process of hiring whites to protect themselves from reverse discrimination lawsuits.There are more reverse discrimination lawsuits filed in south florida than anywhere else in the country. more

Global Response has the worst customer relations 1/30/2012

Well. My experience with Global response was the worst. The females in the office where you go to fill out an application are rude and snoby. They act as if they own the company. They roll their eyes, just all around unprofessional behaviour. They do not return phone calls. If they call you and you missed the call, thats it..they are so dam rediculous in their behaviour, as I said they are extremely unprofessional. I wonder if the owners are just as rude?...Im glad Im not working there. I can see that they care zero about a potential customer care representative. OMG more

Not to long ago, I recieve a call from this company about a potential customer service opening. As you can image i thought it would be a great opportunity to have a decent job with a great company. Boy was i wrong. upon my arrival I go in and the office look dingy and dirty. When i walk in my first stop was with the receptionist. She told me that i was there for a customer service position and that i was suppose to fill out a application. Which is fine so i proceed to fill out the application and while there all of a sudden all these people come in one by one. In total there had to be about 15 people in the room with me going for the same position. To add fuel to the fire i could actually hear the receptionist booking more apps for the next day. After you are done the test your wpm againt 5 other people with the most idiotic script i have ever see. I was there foralmost 3 hours it was horrible.Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. more

I WORKED AS A MANAGER IN THIS CALL CENTER AND HAVE NEVER IN ALL MY LIFE SEEN ANYONE TREAT THERE EMPLOYEES SO BAD. THEY WORK THE AGENTS TO THE BONE WITH MINIMAL PAY. MY MANAGER AND HER SIDE KICK WERE EXTREMELY PREDUDICE AND MADE IT VERY HARD FOR ANYONE TO WORK WITH THEM. I THANK GOD EVERYDAY FOR GETTING ME AWAY FROM THERE. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR REAL PROFESSIONALS....U MAY WANT TO KEEP LOOKING....UR NOT GONNA FIND ANY HERE. more

the WORST answering service I have ever used 5/16/2011

This company is the most incompetent & unprofessional answering service I have ever used. They tried to stay on the phone with my clients for as long as possible so they can bill me for extra minutes. By staying on the phone for longer than necessary, the operators started saying things that were completely unprofessional, and embarrassing. The operators weren't able to pronounce my company name and so they would literally pick up the phone and stutter my company name, only to spew a name that was completely not mine. I've emailed and spoken to the people ""in charge"" and they clearly were not able to manage their operators. The last straw was when an operator kept a potential client on the phone while she insisted on finding our company address - she fumbled for 3 minutes until she yelled ""I found our address!"" and gave it to the ""NO LONGER POTENTIAL CLIENT"". I lost many clients and therefore thousands of dollars from this company, and I kept the phone recordings for future reference. I hope this company goes out of business quickly. Oh, might I add, they sent me a final bill of $243.00 after they admitted how poorly their operators have handled my account. I will pay it because it's not worth my energy, but if they were located in my city, I'd have sued them for all the clients I lost. more
