This is a great company to do business with. Private booting is not the greatest type of business to run, but somebody has to do it. There is a need for this type of business in the city of Chicago, where many people abuse private parking lots. It can cost the store owner money if they do not have parking management in high traffic locations. Honestly, I was extremely upset after my car was booted this past Sunday. I was upset because of an employee's actions, but once I contacted the owners of the company they were understanding about my situation and the issue was effectively resolved. more

I wish I could give this company ""0"" stars, because 1 star is too good for them. This company is like the trolls under the bridge out of fairy tales. This company's business model is down right predatory and the people they have working their lots have clearly been chosen for their intimidating demeanor. These people are crooks, clear and simple. They keep moving their HQ around, which makes sense, given the likely high desire of motorists to want to cause property damage to them. If any one knows the actual locations of their offices I beg you to post it here so that some righteous citizen will deliver justice unto these filthy cretins. more

I mean talk about a great business model...They boot cars in less than 5 minutes while you run into a store. People ripping you off for $115 in a down economy, especially around the holidays. The City of Chicago has gotten out of control with parking and these scumbags are a prime example. I hope they are proud of all the worthless work they're doing. If you can, leave your car there because they usually only have one boot. They may ruin your day but don't let them ruin everyone elses. more

The absolute WORST! Made my reservation for a pick up 2 weeks in advance. Arrived at Midway at 2AM in a rain storm with no shuttle waiting. It seemed they had car trouble. and both Global and the Shuttle service blamed each other. No one took responsibility for the TWO hours I waited not the cab I had to take. The WORST!! more

This company’s business practices are illegal, unethical, and predatory. If you want to park on ones property and run off else where then you get what comes to you.These guys are pros and hear the same lame xcuses 364 days a year.So double park in the street or shut up n pay .. more
