From the moment you enter the door on any given day, you are greeted by staff who seem less concerned with even acknowledging your presence than dealing with the swarm of papers and other sensitive information strewn across a very disheveled desk. The atmosphere wreaks of stress and tension. When you are acknowledged, it is not with genuine but forced hospitality. It is a small clinic, but it is not warm nor friendly. The persons who appear to be in positions of management, carry an air of authority, but not professionalism. You get the feeling that you are just a number. I have witnessed people of certain nationalities, getting preferred treatment. I have also seen special cases (exceptions to that rule) where persons of special interest are placed before people who have real medical concerns that need to be addressed with priority. If you have no other choice than to be a victim of this establishment, bring your own blankets. I have witnessed blood stained blankets in circulation, which is evidence that they do not launder their linen but reuse the same linen for patients within the same office visit day. Be prepared to wait hours on end without proper explanation for your delays. Do not patronize this establishment. They should be shut down. I have seen animal clinics run with better efficiency. The old saying is true, you get what you pay for.
