I have had to call your company 3 times regarding an update on my order. I should not have to do so. One time someone promised to call in a week with an update and that did not happen. No one offered me a different bike selection until I was completely irate. Your customer serivce is terrible and I would rather pay full price from a local dealer knowing that they care about their customers. I will NEVER order from you again. BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!""
Be sure they have your piece of equipment is stock before ordering or you will wait and wait and wait and never hear from them.
