This place is a small hole-in-the-wall that I found with my mom many years ago. She loves their fish head soup and I feel the same way. Make sure you call it in ahead of time so that it will be ready when you get there (usually takes about 30 minutes to prepare). The broth is rich and flavorful with large chunks of fish with tofu and rice noodle. It's also great to take it home and add noodle the next day for a rich noodle soup meal.
