This company is extremely rude. I have never in my life had any one treat me the way the manager Joe has treated me. He is just plain nasty. I called to tell global what happened after the repair kid they sent to my house left. This kid had no clue at all on what he was doing. His phone kept ringing so he was more concerned about that than his job the whole time he was here. He used vice grips to beat the hell out of the back of the drum on my dryer. He cleaned a trap under the washer and was under it for quite some time and somehow did not see a part that was snapped in half. Joe the manager told me I was spastic and whinny. If I did not like it that my washer would not be fixed. He told me that he is tired of dealing with me. I was shocked because I had no clue what he was talking about. I ask him what do you mean I have not called you he said no I have called you at least half a dozen times myself. I told him no you must be mistaken me with someone else because you have not one time called me sir. He then said yes I did I remember you whinny spastic voice. Oh there is so so much more I would love to put on this review but there is a limit on how long a review can be. I have a repair plan with DTE and he was even rude, nasty & even hung up on them to where there are at least 3 formal complaints from DTE alone. The good thing is that DTE said that once this problem is resolved they will never use global to come to my home again. And I do know from the reps that have had to call global on my behalf will not be using them as well. How are you going to run a company that services people and treat them so rudely and expect to stay in business?
