Garbage and ears !! 11/17/2009

THIS STORE IS A JOKE ... UNLESS YOURE 12 ! In the 3 trips my daughter has begged me to take her there 2 resulted in a return (or exchange, but not really) because of broken merchindise! Their ""policy"" on returns/exchanges is unbeleivable , in fact if its damaged cause it fell apart within 72 hours of purchase - u still cant get a new one . Basically its an overpriced CLAIRES Pros: sparkly ! Cons: Overpriced, claires!! more

I bought jewelry for myself and my daughter and had said at the register that I heard on the radio that they were giving a 20% discount, I just heard it the day before I went into the store so I asked about it and the register girl said I needed an online coupon. Well I made my purchase, which I could have put it all back and come back with the coupon. No one said a word that they would give me the discount, I was very disappointed in the service. Also, I did not see any coupon online. Don't know if I will shop there again!!! Pros: Very nice store Cons: not customer friendly more
