To trek all the way to this lodge, you'd have thought there'd be more to offer -- after reading Rainey's review, we were disappointed to find overpriced wines (and no sommelier in sight), lackluster food, and an oblivious staff. When we asked to speak to the manager, our waiter said, plainly, ""why?"" Ribs were oversauced, drinks took so long to arrive we'd lost our desire for them. The setting IS beautiful -- but that dissappears when the sun goes down, when you'd better like your chintz.
