I walked in with a vacuum i got from sears or something, and it had been only a couple months. It was already not working, and was going to cost some money ( I had asked a couple other cleaners and they were going to charge the same). I talked to them finding out a whole lot more about companies now, and I also realized you could get a vacuum lasting you 10-20 years for 800 (if you want the best of the best cleaning wise). I also found you could get good warranty on it. Sebo costs $800 with 5 year warranty on everything, and they thought of everything. They make sure the rotator (as i call it) can be cleaned, and if something is stuck you can pull it out. I suggest these people because they can help you no matter what. A few customers came in while I was there, and they told me that we (me and my husband) could trust what the store said. I am glad i talked to them because I would've spent 300 dollars on some awful vacuum that would break down in a year. My friends have bought 5 vacuums at the price of 300 dollars within 3 1/2 years, and they all broke down. They recommended glenview vacuum after finding a vacuum that actually last them. Sure it wasn't 100 dollars or something, but it actually lasted.
