So I came here got my car and I am so happy I came here, I got the car I wanted at the price I can afford. Thanks Glenn Toyota.The staff was nice, friendly, and they listen to my budget and what kind of car I needed. Some of my family members recommended for me to come here because \r 1) Toyota cars are great, last long and are easy to fix, \r 2) The people here at Glenn Toyota are great and they treated my family great, and I had a great experience here at Glenn Toyota, \r 3) they have good prices. more

Felt welcome 9/23/2011

This was my first experience buying a car with Glenn Toyota and not my last. Their customer service was excellent, there was no hassle and they answered all my questions and concerns. I ended up buying a beautiful 4runner and they gave me the best deal possible compared to other dealerships. When I purchased it they showed me all the bells and whistles on the 4runner before I drove off the lot, I didn't have to read the manual. You can't go wrong with purchasing a Toyota and you can't go wrong with buying it from Glenn Toyota. It was painless and easy. Thank you to all. I will be back for sure!!! more

Glen Toyota is just great. Our salesperson made the entire experience wonderful. She was very patient and colored with my kids and it was just a very pleasant experience. She really went above and beyond. The sales manager, Scott was pleasant and helpful as well. more

Appreciate 9/16/2011

I just recently purchased a 2011Toyota Camry and my experience at Glen Toyota was the best, and yes I went there. This is the 3rd Toyota I have purchased and this experience was the best thus far. My sales person was very nice and listened to what my needs were and attempted to accommodate them to the fullest. I didn't feel pressured or that I was being conned like some sales people make you feel when you are purchasing a vehicle. I was very impressed and the next Toyota I purchase will definitely be from this dealership. I was in and out and it was just an overall stress free situation which I can totally appreciate!!!! more

Professional and friendly! 8/23/2011

My experience with Glen Toyota was a good one. I had purchased my Toyota last year. I remembered the sales person being friendly but no pressure was added, which made me feel comfortable. One thing most people, especially me can't tolerate are pushy, overbearing sales people in any business. The sale people at Glen Toyota are kind and professional. I just want to let everyone know that it's worth the drive to buy new or used car here at Glen Toyota - Scion!!! more

I was driving around shopping for a new car. I then came across Glenn Toyota. It looked like a good dealership so I gave them a try. Customer service was fantastic. I wasn't bugged and pushed to buying anything. Everyone was very polite and professional. Made my car buying experience a good one. more

I came last week knowing that I needed a new car, but wasn't sure exactly what type I wanted/could afford. As soon as I walked in, the sales people were very nice and not pushy at all!! I still haven't made a decision, but I'm planning on going back tomorrow! more

Most Pleasant Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had 8/11/2011

Today I just bought a used Highlander from Glenn Toyota. The reason I am writing this review is that this was by far the most pleasant, quickest car buying experience I have ever had. A good friend of mine recommended I go to Glenn Toyota because of how well he is always treated there, along with the great deals offered. I thought yeah right, thinking all dealerships are the same. So I called and spoke to Elvis(salesman) I told him what I was looking for, how much I could spend, how much I could pay down by phone on Friday night. On Saturday afternoon (today) I stopped in, saw the choices(all what I asked for, nothing more) Picked the vehicle I wanted, signed the paperwork and drove my new car home. How simple is that! I definitely would recommend buying your vehicles at Glenn's. more

Mr. Stewart was wonderful to work with. There was not a 4runner on the lot that had everything I wanted, nor the color I desired. He worked quickly to find a vehicle that was just what I was looking for. It was great to work with him, it made purchasing a new vehicle easy. more

Best car buying experience 8/9/2011

Chris was very professional and polite. He answered all of our questions and was attentive and responsive without being intrusive. When we requested time alone to discuss various things, he offered us that time without interruption. We bought the truck we wanted with terms that were more than acceptable in our experience. This vehicle purchase was by far the best of our combined car buying experiences. We will definitely recommend the dealership and especially Chris to our friends and family. more

Everything from initial sales interview to the closing paperwork is a quality and most pleasant experience. Overall, an excellent dealership. In talking to friends I learned that it has an excellent reputation. No surprises, they are up-front about the total cost of the vehicle. The salesman I used was excellent. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. more
