Glenn Moon A/C is the worst company I have ever encountered and being a homeowner I have met many.\r Before Glenn got sick the company was reliable and smart. When I had my 4000.00 LG mini split installed the entire company was clueless as to how to install, how to maintenance and everything else regarding this fancy piece of equipment. The day it was delivered the condenser had two big dents on the top and the installer, Dave, was like........""oh no problem we will just install this and order you another one"". Two months later we got a new unit, but then it continued to leak freon and cause a very annoying noise on the inside unit. The girls at the office, Stephanie and Natasha, are mean, unprofessional and act like they hate everyone and their jobs. My husband had to call Stephanie (who is supposedly the ""office manager"" )daily to ensure they were going to come back to fix this or that. She also told him she'd call him back. For at least three months she called him not more then two times. She was very abrupt and rude to him. Glenn is now dead and hopefully the company goes along with him before other innocent consumers like myself get ripped off and have to wait months for their expensive air conditioners to work. This company and all the employees do not know what to do and should not be licensed to go in anybody's home. more

His company replaced a single a/c unit with dual units to more efficiently heat & cool the odd layout of my home. His installation design utilized existing spaces instead of doing structural damage/repairs to expand the duct system.\r Glenn is also a General Contractor and his company designed & built my formal dining room edition. Once again Glenn Moon created a plan that incorporated reuse of any possible existing structures to contain costs and construction time. He's very knowledgeable,professoinal, and has a terrific business ethic. Pros: Very knowledgeable, Geat business ethics more

He put in an air handler for me in 1996. He did a great job for a great price. I am having him put in another job for me at another house this year, 2008. more
