Absolutely the BEST!!! 4/18/2012

Year after year I have the same tech who comes to my house. He knows me and my furnace and my quirks. Explains everything top to bottom. Gives me pointers to save money! Keeps me toasty warm in the winter and nice and cool in the summer! Yay Glendale. Sure you might pay a dollar or two more but peace of mind and ownership of the work perform is priceless!!! more

Glendale Heating has been great for the past 40 years. Everything I needed, they fixed. They were very professional and trustworthy. In addition, they were very thorough in explaining things to me. I would recommend them to anyone as their service and quality were exceptional. more

excellent service, knowledgable and professional staff 11/6/2011

excellent bid with those few extra pluses that just sold me on Glendale Heating. I had bid six contractors, three who also carry the Lennox line. All the bids were by reputable dealers but Glendale just put the whole package together better. And come through likewise for the installation (gas furnace and heat pump). What else could you want???? more

Went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of! 11/1/2011

I'd like to thank Glendale Heating for helping me to resolve a very difficult heating system issue. Glendale went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of and the owner Dave personally called me and made sure I knew they were going to take care of me and resolve my issue. I felt comfort knowing he sincerely cared about fixing my very complicated heating system. I'd recommend Glendale Heating to my friends and family when they need a good and reliable service company for their heating and air conditioning system. Thank you! more

We had no heat, and they were here within the hour. 10/21/2011

It was one of those mornings, and Glendale Heating was excellent! We were having guest arriving, but we had no heat, so we called Glendale Heating and within the hour they were here. They were so great! more

Very pleased with the quality of service and the product. 10/21/2011

I was very impressed with Debra, the Sales Consultant. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was also impressed with her ability to communicate effectively and how she responded to all of my questions in a timely manner. The technicians were professional and thorough. They took the time to show me how to change the filter and program the thermostat. They were very friendly. My only criticism - they could have taken more time to clean the area after installation. The furnace was installed on a blustery day, so leaves blew inside. This problem could have been solved by bringing a small hand sized vacuum with them. Other than that, I would most definately do business with them again! We're very pleased with the quality of service and the product. more

Furnace Repair/Heating Oil Delivery/Installation of a new Tank 8/20/2011

I have been very pleased with Glendale Heating. Glendale has looked after my furnace for the last three years. They were quick to respond when my furnace needed to be repaired, they were on time and had the parts avaliable so they could make the repair on their first trip. This summer I had them install a new above ground tank in a different spot than where the old tank was sitting in the front yard. Everyone is helpful, from the phone and computer staff to the repairmen and the delivery people. I highly recommend GlenDale Heating to others. more

Excellent 8/15/2011

Glendale installed my furnace and air conditioning system three years ago. I have been comfortable and happy ever since with no problems. When an unforseen ductwork problem arose on the day of install, they were able to come up with an alternative and run it by me before proceeding. more

Trustworthy and professional! 8/12/2011

I've been a very long time customer of Glendale Heating. I used them when I was living in my house for about thirty-five years and have used them for the past nine years that I've been in my condo. I would recommend them to anybody! I've always had very good luck with them. They are very courteous, very careful in your home and the service is always great! I trust them completely. more

Well, I actually have been through a couple of other heating and ventilation companies which I had some poor experiences with, both in service and workmanship. Glendale Heating came to correct a warranty issue that one of the other companies walked away from. They came in and actually even offered to see if they could cover it through a Lennox warranty. They actually put the extra effort to basically fight for me and get the thing covered. They went out of their way to take care of me as a new customer. D. Chin more

Please if you have any common sense do not spend your money here. These people are so rude they do not appreciate thier customers at all. They called themselves technicians I took them to court. I won! they are horrible go somewhere else , please the service is pure horrible they are bad more

Not Pleased AT ALL ! 1/25/2011

This place has the rudest short fat woman working in the front office. She looks like she has had the worst day of her life each time I see her. She is rude, is nottttttttt at all customer service person. This place needs better ideas of what customer service is on the phone and in person. I do not reccomend this place ever.......no way ..go somewhere else. more

Terrible Company....Avoid Glendale! 1/3/2011

Glendale said my heat exchangers were cracked and needed to be replaced. The furnace was in warranty so the parts were covered by Carrier. Glendale then charged me over $600 for two hours of labor and never showed me the cracked heat exchangers. Terrible company, overchargers, and scams customers! more

Have had this company for years and they are totally dependable and also consistently give the lowest price especially to seniors. They come as scheduled without a long wait for service and are always polite both in the scheduling process and in the delivery service. I would never change from Glendale as it would be my loss! more

Horrible Customer Service 12/19/2008

We bought a new house this year and it had oil heat. We decided to try out the company that inspected the heater and that was a horrible mistake. The earliest appointment was a week out, so we had not oil in our tank that entire time. They lost our records twice, they hung up on my 6month pregnant girlfriend, and when we called back the next day, after it had snowed to confirm delivery, they said they would make it to our house in the next few days when weather permitted. They're in the business of providing heat during adverse weather! They even didn't bother to call us to let us know we didn't need to stay home from work. more

Great installation service - inconsistent best price 11/1/2008

Summer before last we went through the multiple bids process of getting a new furnace. Glendale had the best bid for sure and nothing they stated was ever contradicted by what I found online (regarding to technical aspects I was researching) or by others. When the install day came there were up to 3 trucks out front at one point as they came in to get the job going as quickly and professionally as possible. A great install service and a very pleasant first servicing this summer.\r \r My disappointment is not for me but for helping a nonprofit this summer in getting a new furnace the rep was unresponsive to efforts to negotiate a better price, especially considering the apparently significant price increase in just one year on furnaces. \r \r If in your process you wind up using Glendale for a new furnace or service you will not be disappointed though. Maybe with all the new more efficient furnaces going in due to price of fuel not all the sales reps/companies feel the need to w more

Glendale Heating & Air Cond 6/24/2008

When my furnace went out this past year, I was all braced for having to purchase a whole new unit. Glendale Heating came out to check it out, and within 10 minutes I had a working furnace again. The technician was so nice, very polite he certainly was knowledgeable. The charge was minimal and I will certainly use them again. more

Glendale Heating 6/13/2008

On Thanksgiving eve we unfortunately lost our heat so we had to go through Thanksgiving with no heat. On Friday I called Glendale and told them what had happened within a couple hours Jonathan showed up and readjusted the manifold pressure lower then it should have been. Jonathan was very professional, honest and very friendly. more
