Quick response to cool off the house 6/20/2018

Brian and Nick returned to replace our 20 year old furnace after it started malfunctioning in February this year. It failed in early June and we were without air-conditioning over a very hot 3 days weekend ... All is well and under control now after a quick and clean replacement of the furnace and checklist/cleaning on the AC unit. We're glad we chose them as the contractor for the furnace replacement. more

Nick was polite,informative and efficient. He reset my thermostat and remembered to turn off the lights. He gave me a lesson about the humidifier and told me to lower the number by two if the windows start dripping. He was perfect! more

Excellent Service 11/1/2017

We had our furnace checked today & Nick was our tech. He arrived on time, checked the furnace, cleaned/vacuumed it & suggested that our igniter be replace. We could either wait for the igniter to fail on it's own since it was showing signs of wear or we could opt to replace it immediately. We choose to have the part replace. The last time we had an emergency was Christmas weekend so rather than wait until we had an emergency, decided to avoid a service call at a possibly inconvenient time. We've used Glenbrook Heating & Air Conditioning for several years & are very pleased with their service. We highly recommend them. more

Air Conditioning Condensation 7/5/2017

Heard water dripping when my air conditioner would shot off, called Glenbrook Heating & Air Conditioning, they came and discovered that it was the main water line was clogged and the water was backing up into my unit. They flushed out the clog and the main line will need to be replaced. more
