Probably Racist Bigot, definately useless!!! 3/2/2012

Disgusting used car salesman-type person. Not trustworthly. Useless. Probably Racist Bigot. If he resprents to sell your house here is an 100% honest assessment of my dealings as a buyer interested in his listing. Made appointment to see listing on my lunch hour. I waited and he never showed up. He called and said he would not make it. Rescheduled. Again waited for him and since he was running late. We had never personally met at this point and he provided me with the MLS Lockbox Combination over the phone to a private residence. As of today I am awaiting a call from a TREC lawyer on the legality this action but many Realtors told me this is a violation of TREC Rules. I inspected the property. I then put in a full and complete application. He requested I go obtain my credit report on my own and give it to him. I fully met all his requirements and then again he put hurdles in front of me. Go and obtain letters from all your recent five landlords. A very ridiculous request to put upon someone making over $100,000 with a credit score over 100% (hint, I am Hispanic and either he or the landlord Eric Laine of Katy, Texas placed these 'extra' hurdles. My kids and I drove all the way from Houston to Sugarland for an appointment with him to sign the lease. We met him at his 'office' which was a parking lot. He did not even have a copy of the lease with him. Our time was just wasted by him. So we are further delayed. The MLS Listing was a 1 year lease term. He drafts the lease as 10 months. He checks off the box included 'Inventory Damage Form' is attached which it was not. Just getting settled in and he immediately sends me an an email stating the rent is due on 10/1 and 'late charges will apply as stated in the lease' when I already mailed the check. (Hint, since I am Hispanic he or the owner are expecting me to pay late). 'Glen takes great pride in the fact that when the transaction is completed his clients are lifetime friends - Glen's Website' No, abesolutely not. List with him and I will bet you will have lost opportunities to make sales to legimately qualified clients. Overall, I would never ever list a house with him becuase he showed laziness, lack of commitment, failed at every step and was just plain unprofessional. More to come. more
