The xray tech that gave me a mammogram was the most rude, unpleasant person I've ever witnessed with any level of job in health care. And that's saying a lot. She scolded me the entire appointment for not bringing order for mammogram to the office. Since her horrible behavior, I have learned that this is not the patient's responsibility. Even so, a mammogram is not the place for lecturing of any sort. Clearly a power trip of someone who needs some discipline. No info provided on mammogram at all -- just her constant nagging. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. more
