Glen Eagles

They rented me an apartment INFESTED WITH FLEAS!!!!! We reported them less than 24 hours of being there. Management was very uncooperative. They claimed the apartment was being treated every week to get rid of the fleas, however, I never saw any evidence of this. After a month of living there there was no change. They refused to refund any rent paid and were going to charge us to break the lease. Further the apartment complex in very noisey and dirty. The apartments are surronded by mud. Residents throw cigerette butts into the dried leaves and pine needles next to the buildings. Lots of damage to the aparment and a horrible smell when I moved in. STAY AWAY! The low rent is not worth living in the 3rd World conditions.\r \r By far the worse place I have ever lived. I have yet to meet one person that lives here that likes it. Dogs are constantly barking throughout the complex day and night. Neighbors are very noisy and inconsiderate of others. Even after making countless complaints to the management nothing changes. I doubt they even attempt to do anything at all.\r more

This is a LIE! Either this is one of the Managers at Glen Eagles, or this person is getting paid to write this CRAP! I've been living here for 7months and it is HORRIBLE. For starters I want to comment on what you said ""arranged a ground floor apartment so my dear dog would not have to climb steps"", the reason why they put you on the botton floor is because its the most expensive apartment. DUH!.. more

I searched for 6 months before finding Glen Eagles. I have an elderly Doberman and could not find a place that would allow an ""aggressive breed"". My dog is shy and quiet and mostly sleeps in her old age. The management at Glen Eagles not only allowed me to keep my beloved pet, but arranged a ground floor apartment so my dear dog would not have to climb steps! The maintenance team has taken efforts to make friends with my dog so she isn't so terrified of them (and I don't have to put off maintenance work for when I'm in residence). This alone makes Glen Eagles a great place to live. Easy to get to, close to EVERYTHING and a truely caring staff make this one of the BEST places I have ever lived!! Pros: Actively involved management team Cons: Large complex + small staff = not all upkeep accomplished more
