The bowling is OK, but do not plan a kid's birthday party there. When we showed up for our party which had been booked a month in advance for a Sunday morning, they were understaffed and expecting a big group from a league. They tried to cram 6 kids per lane (we argued and got an extra lane), never provided the ""personal party attendant"" that was included in the $16.95 per kid price (would have been nice to help organize, get shoes, take meal orders, etc.) and were generally rude.
The lanes kept breaking down, and the manager at the front desk who was also the only employee giving out shoes, taking payment and checking in new customers had to break away from the desk to fix the lanes as well. When I asked the snack bar staff for a drink for the birthday boy (unlimited drinks for all bowlers were included in the price), I was told that pitchers of drinks were coming to the party room when we ate and that I would have to pay for a drink now. When I reminded her that the party included unlimited drinks, she barked at the other snack bar attendant ""Just give him one!""
I would not recommend this alley in general, but certainly not for a party. The party is way overpriced for what you actually get. If it is the only convenient alley for you, just go there and rent the lanes you need for an hour. Then go to the nearest pizza place or McDonalds afterwards for the party. You will save yourself half the cost of the party , will have better food and will not have to contend with the rude staff.
