Graet service 9/20/2012

great experience on the surgery was clean And wide to make certain there wasn't any margin of error for the biopsy . doctor was informative on options and provided the report so I could make an informed decision and the teeth was cleaned great more

Great care 9/7/2012

I brought my dog, Peanut, to Steinway Court Vet after he spent a day vomiting. They were able to take him on short notice, about an hour after I called. Dr. Glasser saved his life and has made my family more aware of better care techniques as well as insurance a must!. If I hadn't brought Peanut here, there was a good chance he would have been euthanized by now. Words can't express how happy I am for Dr.Glasser and his staff. Their great wonderful people and I'm very appreciative of them all. Thank you guys so much. more

Dr. Glasser and his staff are fantastic. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and I always leave feeling my pet is getting the best of care. Someone in the office is always wanting to help. Everyone at Steinway Court has been extremely helpful in a difficult situation. Having unknowingly adopted a very sick cat from animal control, they have provided me with everything I need from information, to medicine, as well as a warm and friendly atmosphere. While the situation my cat is in is awful, Dr. Glasser and Dr. Tuzio have made it just a bit easier. My cat would have passed away already if left in the pound, and with their help, hopefully she will see a full recovery. Calicivirus along with hepatic lipidosis is not fun, but so far so good. more

Pleasant Experience! 8/30/2012

The office staff is incredibly friendly and considerate. I appreciate the online functionality online new patient forms, text message reminders for appointments, etc. They even called me after a few days after the appointment just to see how my cat was feeling.Overall great experience with this vet. This is where I'll be taking my pets from now on. more

We have brought our dogs to Dr. Glasser at Steinway Court Veterinarian for almost 15 years. That first visit taught me so much about how to put myself in my pet's place, made me aware that dogs don't always let us know that something is wrong, that they are in pain. Dr. Glasser helped me be more empathetic to my dogs and learn to be more watchful and give them the care they need.Dr. Glasser and the whole staff have cared for our pets in good health, old age, necessary surgeries, problems with aggression; they have a great kennel here; and they have been incredibly supportive through two dogs' endoflife times.We deeply appreciate our family's longterm relationship with Steinway Court. more
