Glass Tree Care & Spray Service Inc

I have been using Glass Tree Care for about 6 years. They are prompt, they clean up after themselves, and they always leave an invoice on my door. I don't have to think about when the next application is due because it is all in the computer. Sometimes they call the night before but generally not because I trust them. I have compared prices, and they are in a very competitive range. I don't feel like I am getting taken advantage of. They are very dependable and honest. I would encourage people to search and find what works best for them, but certainly give Glass Tree Care a chance to look into your yard; they are very fair. Their work is great. People stop and ask who takes care of my yard. I do a lot of my yard care, but Glass Tree Care does the application to keep it green and weed free, keep the trees healthy, and the fruit from molding. Our fruit has been great, so they have timed it right, and it works for us. It is a wet area, so it is hard keeping the fruit from getting mildew. more

I think one of the great things about Glass Tree Care is that they are a proactive company. They have always done a great job showcasing other options that I hadn't thought of before, or that might be good for the future. They are not looking to up sell their services but are genuinely looking to explain why it might benefit you or prevent something from happening again. I have probably used them for 7 years. They are a family owned business, and there is a lot to be said about that. If there is a problem or issue I can call and know I will talk to someone with authority to make decisions. They also support the community; I always see them doing things for local charities. They are very good with customer service. They go over and above to make sure your experience was a great one and go over and above to follow up to make sure it was done correctly. That is a rare thing right now. I think it stems from being a family run business where they have kept the same high standards starting from the first Mr. Glass down to JP now. more
