The coupon is misleading....you really don't receive 50% off they just tell you that!!! They hike the price up to make it seem like your getting a deal but your REALLY not...not ...

Drove across town from Hilliard the first day only to find their shipment of windshields had not come in.(no phone call to warn us) Promising to accomodate us the next day ""45 minutes in and out"", I waited an hour and 45 minutes... and then the electricity went out. After nearly 3 hours of waiting they were unwilling to own up to having made faulty promises and would make no attempt to make it right.\r We wont be back. Sometimes cheaper just means cheap. more

Coupon Misleading 11/4/2011

The coupon is misleading....you really don't receive 50% off they just tell you that!!! They hike the price up to make it seem like your getting a deal but your REALLY not...not even a whole star and the manager who I spoke with is unprofessional and is a smart a$$!!! You should clarify your coupons before you post them and the guy who installed my windshield told me it was misleading and a lie that you really don't receive 50% off they just make it seem that way...The amount your quoted doesn't include tax or their surge charge either that is NEVER mentioned!!! What a rip off!!! more

Excellent Affordable Service! 10/12/2011

I walked out to a smashed car window and missing GPS. Not a good way to start the day, but after a bit of searching, Glass Masters quoted a great price. They replaced my window in a half hour at a ridiculously low price and on the same day! The service was fast and efficient, and I will recommend Glass Masters to everyone I know! Very Pleased 9/6/2011

I had my door glass replaced at this location last week and I will have to say this was the easiest to schedule and quickest service I have ever received on my vehicle. Store manager was very pleasant and knowledgeable which made using this company an easy choice for me. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family!!! more

Two Windshields and both leaked twice and still leak 9/5/2011

I would avoid these guys like the plague. true, they are cheap, but you get what you pay for. The trim around the windshield is sloppy and not like the original. It has remnants of adhesive all over it and when we showed it to another glass place they could not believe the job that was done. I had both car windshields done at nearly the same time. Both leaked in the first year and were repaired under warranty, and both leaked again after the year was up and I would have to pay to repair. Avoid. more

Great Service 5/8/2011

Took less than an hour to do, saved over 100 dollars compared to two other places, so far through many many heavy rains there has been no leak in the windshield. Very happy with the work will go there again (hopefully I don't have too) more

very disappointed customer 2/17/2009

i was charged for repairs that were not necessary due to the tech. they sent dropped the window in the frame and broke the regulator, then made me responsible. these people take advantage of women and younger adults. and place glass in autos with tape . for your sake dont call them. Pros: window with tape all over it Cons: you end up paying,paying,paying more
