Well, I am an optimist....so lets start with the positive. Their receptionist is very polite and professional....the technicians Mark and Chris were as well...but don't count on what they say, because ultimately it's not up to them... and consequently not their fault what an incompetent and unreliable operation they are involved in.
I was weighing the pros vs cons of replacing as opposed to repairing windows. Let me tell you right now, if that's your issue REPLACE WITH A NEW WINDOW! Yes, you will spend some more money, but you will save yourself time and money in the longrun, or as in our case-not-so-longrun.
To be fair, we had quite a tall order of failing glass to replace after purchasing a very neglected home. There are quite a few trapezoid shaped windows in addition to 3 ""normal"" windows and a sliding glass door.
If I were to write the full story, you would be here a while.....so let me give you the short version.
We were told 3-5 day turnaround for install. It is now 5 weeks later.... and we have......
*One sliding glass door pane that is not ""low E"" (we ordered and paid for a low e coating)
*Two ""normal"" windows that are cracked and also not ""low-e"".
*Two ""new"" trapezoid windows that is not ""low'E"" (second one...first was broken during installation)
*Two ""new""cracked trapezoid windows.
*Two existing failed windows that were ""measured wrong"". Twice.
*A half round top window that doesn't fit. You can see light through.
*Our alarm system sensors being discarded. Twice.
This is all after 5 visits to our home that were incredibly long and cleaning up the mess each time.
Wow! At this point, we are just scrapping it and getting new windows. The manager Chad is a coward. Won' return phone calls and just delivers empty promises and passes the buck to ""the manufacturers"". This company is a joke.
