Glass Doctor did a great job and would not hesitate to use them again more

I had a big crack in my windshield and was afraid to drive it to work. I called Glass Doctor early in the morning and they made my windshield the first job for one of their techs and I was back on the road at 10am. Everyone was so nice and helpful. more

I called to have a home andersen window replaced and was given a quote. When the repairman was on the way, he called and said"" Not sure if they told you, but there is a $45 fee for the estimate, which can be used towards the repair."" I already had the estimate, so I thought this was not a big deal. The worker then came over, immediately told me that they WOULDN'T fix the window- and spent 20 minutes giving me the names of places to call. THEN charged me $45 even though they wouldn't fix the window. A total rip off. By the way, I looked them up afterwards and they are rated ""F"" by the BBB. Be smarter than me and don't get ripped off. This company is actually based in St. Louis but is known as ""Kansas CIty Glass Doctor/ Harmon."" You will call a local KC # but they are really out of St Louis. BEWARE!!!! Cons: read below and go elsewhere more
