They did glass work for my new shower. Door barely closed and they said it would loosen up over time. A month later the bottom piece fell off. The REAL issue is they broke the sad...

MAKE SURE TO INSPECT WORK IMMEDIATELY 1/24/2012

They did glass work for my new shower. Door barely closed and they said it would loosen up over time. A month later the bottom piece fell off. The REAL issue is they broke the saddle drilling into it. Because I did not notice it right away they charged me labor ($1000 more!) to redo it....when they did redo it, it worked fine. I did follow up with them and they said no proof they broke it. C'MON really? more
