I received excellent treatment at this office. My braces were finished earlier than I expected and I love my straight teeth. I am 45 years old and I wish I had fixed my teeth sooner. I recommend Dr. Hamman. She is very good. Pros: Cost, appointment availability, nice people work there more

My last dental appointment was 17 years ago until today. I am the biggest dentalphobic person on the planet. My wife made me go due to my breath. 17 years with no cleaning will do that and yes I am glad this review site does not show your full name. I expected the dentist to rip me a new one. That is what my childhood dentist would do to my mom and I if we missed our semi annual cleaning and exam/torture session. To my amazement Dr. Brown did not lecture me at all. He said he generally does not recommend 17 years in between cleanings and exams and kind of chuckled. MIraculously I only had one small cavity. He said it is quite lucky but genetics and my regular brushing and flossing were a big factor. He did my filling today also, which was much easier than the ones I had done when I was a kid. I guess the technology has changed since my last visit. EIther that or my original dentist was just very rough and Dr. Brown was not. Or it could have just seemed worse years ago because I was a kid. Dr. Brown mentioned on my way out that he would like to see me for another checkup before the year 2027. I like a dentist with a sense of humor. I will certainly use this office again. I am very happy with my treatment at this office. They really care about what they are doing and I dont feel like I am getting gouged on the cost. The fees are really very good for this area. That is important to me because I have no insurance. I prefer to see Dr. Brown but Dr. Glasgow is good also. My favorite hygienist is Kim. Neal is also good its just harder to get an appointment withher. Pros: nice doctors, good fees, friendly staff more

Maybe there is something wrong with me but I actually like going to see my dentist. The hygienists there are very good. I have seen Kim and Adela. They are very gently and my gums dont feel beat up when I leave. Over the years I have seen both Dr. Brown and Dr. Glasgow. I like both equally. They are both nice and knowledgeable when I have questions. I have not needed much treatment since I have been going there probably because their hygienists do such a good job cleaning my teeth. I have been to alot of different dentists but this office is the first one that I ever felt comfortable with. They don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff that you don't need and the staff is really nice and caring. The fees seem reasonable, especially for the high quality treatment. Dr. Brown is the best. I found him in one of those magazines that lists Washington's top dentists. I had alot of problems and chronic pain with my teeth and he got me all fixed up. None of the other dentists I went to were able to succeed with me and they all made me feel like I was the problem. That all changed when I found this office. I am so happy. I started going to Hayfield Dental clinic when I moved to the area. My dentist was Dr. Bunn. He is a great dentist!!! He and his assistant treated me with the upmost respect and took the time to answer ANY question I had. Would still be going to them if I hadnt moved. I would recommend them to anyone moving to the area. Pros: Took time to make you feel like a person Cons: Only does general dentistry...so was refered out for more specialized work...but would of rather had it done there more
