My mother went into Glamour Shots in the Killeen Mall on December 7th to have pictures done for her husband for Christmas. She was so excited about this and had been planning it for months. After reviewing the pictures, Glamour Shots told her that they would mail them to her and they would get there in time for Christmas. On the 18th, Glamour Shots called my Mom to let her know that today or tomorrow (18th or 19th) they would be sent. On the days leading up to Christmas, Mom waited for the FedEx guy to drop them off, but still nothing. Christmas Day passed, still nothing. Mom didn't know to ask for a tracking number, and Glamour Shots didn't offer to give it to her either. The day after Christmas, Mom finally called the store to see what happened. They told her that they ""Over-nighted"" them directly to the address she had given (mine), and that they should have gotten there by now. I asked Glamour Shots for the tracking number and they ""could not find it"" (how convenient). Upon further investigation (done by me), the photos were sent on the 23rd of December (2 days before Christmas) and they were sent GROUND!!! I asked the FedEx guy twice!! There was never any way that they would have had a chance to be delivered before Christmas! I could understand if it was the fault of FedEx, this Christmas was crazy for shipping. But this falls on Glamour Shots 100%. So, as a result, for Christmas, my Mom was in tears. She was not offered any compensation (at the time of this post). I sent a message to the woman we had been dealing with and still have not heard back (December 27th, 2:35pm).\r

For a customer spending the amount that she did, this is outrageous!!!
