The photographer and one of the make-up artists at this location is the only thing I was happy about. The girl that booked us gave us half of the special that they had, which was a free 8x 10, but not the free session, which was supposed to go with it. She also gave me a hard time about giving her a credit card number over the phone to keep my appointment. \r

The other people that work there were not friendly. \r

I had my daughter and my niece together getting pictures. Since my niece was 12, she got the package deal and 15 sheets of pictures, my daughter is 13 so she only got 5 sheets of pictures and they were very close to the same price. Needless to say my daughter and I were disappointed that we paid $775 and got nothing to share with our relatives. My niece of courese felt bad, and it ruined the whole experience. They definitely did not care if we were happy. They only offered me a deal that cost $94 more dollars on top of the $775. Don't bother telling them if you have a problem. I talked to them about not getting a fair package deal for my two girls, and they did nothing to make it work for me. They could care less. I got no where. Their customers don't mean anything to them and their customer service isn't good either.\r

Don't do the survey for the free 8 x 10 either, it isn't free unless you buy something. Oh, and don't rely on them to call you to pick up your pictures like they say they will, they never called me. \r
\r
When I did arrive to pick up my pictures, I felt the girl rushed me through the process like she just wanted to get me out of there.\r

It's like the cast of Mean Girls work there.
