I am surprised! 1/31/2003

I am surprised at the number of negative reviews. I have been going to J. Sisters for more than 6 months for facials. I always have a pleasant experience and I especially enjoy the relaxation/waiting room at the spa. I would definitely recommend going there. more

Edgy yet down to Earth 1/24/2003

If you want edgy, not cookie-cutter, this is the place for you. No attitude. Top of the line designers and colorists. See Jean Francois, Gregg, or Verqui for cuts. Britt for color. Amazing. Pricey-ish ($90-150 cuts) but so so so worth it. Hair products, especially Jean Francois Cocktail and Gregg Shampoo I can't live without. more

Not worth the hype 1/17/2003

I found the customer service to be a huge disappointment. It seemed the staff felt like they were doing me a favor. Nothing was warm about the environment. For these prices, I expect a little more effort. I will not return to J. Sisters. more
