Gladstone Inn & Suites

I have stayed at the Gladstone Inn & Suites two times. Every time I have been blown away by the professionalism and hospitality of their staff. The first time I hosted my graduation party in a pool-side room; they listened and met every one of my requests for accommodations. The second time was for a conference in town. Because of inclement weather, I ended up staying an extra two days in the hotel. The staff were so helpful and alleviated the stress during this time - they kept my room for me while I was glued to the radar, waiting to see if I could travel yet. I stayed in one of their many themed rooms; the Ocean View suite was such a treat! Some themed rooms at other hotels are ""cheesy"" as if they're trying too hard. The Gladstone hits it right on the head with their themes and decor. more

We would like to thank you for the wonderful room we had while visiting from the east coast. We had been on the go since 2:15 am, traveling from the east coast, flying into Minneapolis, visiting Rochester and then making our way to Jamestown. Checking into the hotel after 11pm was seamless and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful. The room was so much more than we anticipated! The beds were so comfortable and we all enjoyed a much needed great night sleep. more

This is a wonderful hotel, especially for families with children of all ages. We booked a poolside room, but when we got here, they asked if we wanted to upgrade to a 2 room suite for only about $10 more, so we did.....IT WAS AMAZING!!! Our room was an Ocean/Tropical theme that had 2 beds and a pull out couch! I came back down to the front desk and thanked them for the suggestion. She then showed me a photobook with all of there suites and themed rooms. We stayed here about a year ago and I cannot believe at how much remodeling they have done. KEEP UP THE GREAT HOSPITALITY!! more

We had our Christmas party at the Gladstone. Absolutely lovely-very nicely decorated for Christmas in the lobby. Meeting rooms pool area & restaurant. Everyone was in a festive Holly-Jolly mood. Loved the pool side rooms we stayed in. Others had suites-""themed"" very attractivly decorated. I hope I get one next year, as will be back good food also! more

Every Thing very impressive. Comfortable - Clean - No mold or hair found in bathroom area. Towels Folded correctly. Good job all the way around. So far. more

We got there after travaling all day. Checked in and asked for a cot. It was delivered right away. Nice lounge and pool area. The pool had a small slide which was nice for little kids. Arcade had 12 things but only 3 worked. Room wasn't the biggest ever but it worked. Poolside room was a plus just the pool closed at 11 so it was a little noisy for a while. You can choose not to have a poolside room also. No breakfast in the morning just a restruant. Overall nice hotel for the price. more

Good things at Gladstone --- very fine hot tub... clean, piping hot, soft ambient lighting; also a beautiful indoor pool with handy extra towels. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed pillows were very good, too; I only wish there had been more of them. Very handy to also have a small fridge and microwave in each room. more

I've stayed at this hotel in the past, but each time that I come back it keeps getting better. They have added wireless internet, and exercise room, and have the nicest pool area that I've seen. more
