Glad Tidings Church of GOD & CHRIST is a place for any 'Soul' that chooses to embrace a clear message about humility and sharing of 'Self.' I've been a member for 3 years and it beckoned me. I simply walked in after 40+ yrs of looking for a Church Home and felt immediately 'At Home.' I was baptized a few months into my membership and my life has changed profoundly 'for the better.' We welcome 'Everyone' and discourage 'No one.' Our Pastor stood by my side when I thought I was going to lose my mother - She has gone home since but without his presence at that time, I would have spiraled into dispair and my life would surely not be what it is today. This spirit filled church is the place to be on Sunday morning. Be it 8:00 a.m. or 11:30 p.m. the spirit of the Lord will be there. The Shepard of the house, Bishop Macklin is truly blessed and anoited by God to deliver a word from on High. He relies strictly on the Bible for every principle he teaches.
