Quick and professional service 6/5/2015

Called Girard's yesterday about our two garage doors. Talk about quick service! I was given a window between 2 and 4. The technician (Jesse) called at 12:30 and said that he would be there by one. He educated me on the doors and did not try to sell me new ones. He worked quickly and updated me throughout the process. I would definitely use this company again. more

Very impressive workmanship 5/28/2015

Jesse was great. He called shortly before he arrived, was very pleasant and funny. He took the time to educate me about different repair options and I was confident in his recommendation. I was particularly impressed by his knowledge about the garage door mechanisms as well as his pure enthusiasm for his job. I never knew that I could be so excited about new door wheels and springs but Jesse instills that kind of excitement about it. Job very well done. I hadn't gotten other estimates so I don't know how their pricing stands up against others. more

Excellent work, concern, and reliability. 5/25/2015

We were extremely pleased with the serviced and repair we received from Girard's and Vince, the specialist who came to our home. They arrived the SAME day as we called, at the TIME they specified. Vince took the time to explain and detail the repair we needed. He returned the next day to put in two new units. This was truly one of the best experiences with ANY service repair that we have ever had. I would highly recommend this company for their experience, their courtesy, their commitment, and their fine and caring job. more

Garage Door Repair 5/22/2015

When our custom carriage door garages were not working my husband found Girard's Garage Door Company on Angie's List. This is seriously the BEST company I have ever come across from every aspect of customer service. Not only were they available to us immediately but Blair was incredibly knowledgable and thorough on resolving our issues. He was not interested in selling us anything we didn't need and only recommended what was absolutely necessary to save the doors. On top of that when I couldn't get the doors to work several weeks later he came out that same day to look at them no questions asked. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on our home after meeting Blair and working with Girard's Garage Door Company! They are simply the BEST, no one should use any other garage door company! We couldn't be more satisfied. more

Great repair of all three of my doors 5/20/2015

Jessie was very knowledgeable and identified my problems with all three doors as soon as I touched the garage door openers. His service on the rollers, pins and pulleys (which were under warranty) resolved my issues. I thought I was looking at all new garage doors. Quite frankly my doors are working like they were brand new. Secondly great response time for my work and he left the work area clean. Great job Jessie. more

Within three hours of calling, the repairman came, assessed the problem and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. The repairman was pleasant and courteous. Suggestions were made where applicable. Jesse, the repairman really knew what to do. more

Great Service! 5/1/2015

Service was spectacular. I was asked what day worked best for me as opposed to them telling me when they could fit me in. I even got to pick the window time. Jesse showed up on time, diagnosed the issues and have everything fixed in under 2 hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend GIrard's for all of your garage door needs more

I called on Thursday and by Friday morning the problem was resolved. Jesse arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in seconds and set about his work. The issue was resolved within an hour. Jesse was polite, friendly and professional. I will not hesitate to call if and when I need these services again. more

Extremely Pleased 4/18/2015

I was having a great Saturday till I hit the opener and the garage door wouldn't go up. I knew we had power so when I went in I saw one of the tension springs had snapped. My wife called Girards and asked if there was anyway it could be fixed today. She spoke with Jesse who said he would be out around 5:00 pm. He was right on time and in an hour had fixed the springs. we also told him to check it and if needed any thing else to replace it. As we had just bought the house recently we felt better safe than sorry. Jesse replaced what was needed and lubricated all the moveable part. I can't believe how quiet the door is. Jesse went over everything with me and explained what he did and the warranty we now have on the parts. We are very pleased and would recommend Girards to everyone. Thank you Jesse for a job WELL DONE. more

Excellent Service, Proce and most important, People! 4/15/2015

I recently had a spring break on my garage door, rendering it useless. As we park the car in there and the kids keep their bikes in there, I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. I also wanted to make sure it was safe for my family. I called Girard's Garage Door Services and they were able to set me up for an appointment the next day. Blair and Mike P. Came the next morning, fully examined the garage door and discussed all of the options with me. They were polite, concise and went through what they thought were the best options, also breaking down the price. They fixed the garage door and made it run more efficiently, but they also installed safety line in my springs and made sure the door sensors were just right for my 7 and 4 year old children. There are few companies left in this world that run so flawlessly, while still keeping a personal touch. I couldn't give this company or its people a higher rating. Thanks again for your quality service, price and most important, people! more

When you hire this company, here is what you can expect: Honesty Experience Exceeding your expectations Quality work A detailed explanation of what happened and how to prevent it in the future I can not say enough good things about my service experience. Ryan came to replace the springs on our garage door. He couldn't have been nicer. He fully explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. He also took the time to show me an easy way to open the heavy door the next time the spring breaks. I will certainly recommend Girard's to friends and family, and I'll tell them to ask for Ryan :) more

excellent service and expertise 3/17/2015

I had a broken spring.Called 8am and Ryan showed up about noon time. Surveyed the problem, gave me his recommendations, I agreed, and he went to work immediately and made all the repairs. He was a very meticulous mechanic and took considerable pride in his work. When finished, the door operated better and quieter than it ever did. I would positively recommend them to every one. more

I called for service and Mike G was at my house within 24 hours. He was very courteous. After evaluating the problem, he explained what had happened and then he explained what he had to do to fix it.. He then got approval to perform the repair to my complete satisfaction. Overall a great experience on a service call. more
