My husband and I have been looking around the area pricing suits for months- finding high prices with medium-good quality, or low prices with horrible quality.. and nothing we have been satisfied with. Until we came across Giovanni's Suit Outlet!! We were SO pleased to walk in and be greeted by Giovanni, who made us feel so welcome to be in the store. He was VERY warm and friendly and instantly showed us several suits in my husband's size, without even measuring him. He focuses on his customers and helps you find what you are looking for...and knows what looks good better then you will!! We got the 3 suits deal, which comes with 3 dress shirts, 3 pairs of socks and 3 ties. We did a lot of research before buying and are SO HAPPY with the quality of everything- especially the suits! My husband looks great for work and Church and we were able to afford 3 very sharp looking suits that will last. We will be going back for shoes soon, and more suits in the future. There is NO REASON to go anywhere else, as far as we are concerned! EXCELLENT customer service, and we laughed more in the couple hours we were there then we had all week. BUMMER!! I THOUGHT. STORE NOT OPEN ;TROUBLED ME AS I WENT TO HAVE SOME BREAKFAST. HIS PROFESSIONALISM THAT HE DEMONSTRATED PLEASED ME AND MADE ME FEEL WONDERFUL WITHIN. HE HAD RETURNED MY CALL. I went to go and purchase another (of many) suit today. Giovanni was great. Helpful, and makes sure you leave happy. I think that for the quality of his suits, it's more than worth the price. Compared to the Men's Warehouse, I rather spend $300 with Giovanni, and get EVERYTHING meaning...3 suits, 3 ties, 3 socks, 3 shirts, and 3 belts. I recently purchased 2 suits from Giovanni's Suit Outlet. Although the selection was average, I really appreciated the customer service. Giovanni is a crack up. After purchasing the suits, I had a ""wardrobe malfunction"" with the pant zipper. Without asking questions, Giovanni sent me to his seamstress for a free repair (right across the street). It's worth dropping in and taking a look at the selection. note: Giovanni really needs a website to promote his store. I have been to Giovanni's twice now and I am a huge fan. The Satisfaction you will receive at Giovanni's is one of a kind. There was once a time when you got to know the person you are doing business with, well that time is still around at Giovanni's. If you are like me, you are very picky when it comes to buying a new suit, well they have you covered with their selection. And the PRICES!!!!, absolutely the best. I made the mistake of going to Men's Wearhouse and the only thing going through my head after my purchase was I could have got almost the same suit for about 1/3 the price. Another great thing about Giovanni's is the professionalism, if you are an amateur at purchasing suits they have you covered, you just let them know the look you are going for and they will give you what you want. If you want someone to help you find the correct size and fit, do not trust this merchant. Took my son in to be measured for a suit. Merchant told us he already knew that he would take a 46. Purchased a suit with the expectation that it would need minor alterations. Took it to a tailor who told us that the suit was fully two sizes too big. The suit was only $99.00 and the alternations would have been more than half that. Took my son to the Men's Wearhouse where they actually measured my son and determined that he is a 42 regular. First suit he tried on fit perfectly with only minor alterations to the slacks. Went to try to return the 46 suit to merchant and they refused. They will only exchange or give a store credit. This policy is displayed in the store but you figure that they would stand behind the advice they gave us. Ended up having to take a size 42 suit rather than get my money back. We didn't want or need two suits. I figured I would rather purchase a suit from a merchant who knew what they are doing so I went with the MW. In my opinon, if you want a cheap suit and already know your size, go for it. If you are looking for a competent professional who can properly fit and advise you, go to the Men's Wearhouse or Nordstrom's. You will pay more but you will receive professional service you can rely on. more
