I highly recommend GINZA as #1 sushi in town... \r The sushi combinations at Ginza are the best - Try TIGER ROLL (addictive) and DEEP IMPACT ROLL. I have been nearly everywhere ...

Great Food at Great Price 5/23/2009

I ordered the ginza roll, crunchy shrimp roll, and the salmon teriyaki bento box. The service was prompt and the food was awesome. I definitely got... more

Very good, just one glitch.... 10/24/2008

Overall, Ginza is absolutely excellent and I do highly recommend it. Service is friendly and fast. I have been here roughly 10 times in the past 7 months. The only 'issue' I have ever had was I once asked to substitute (something very trivial) because I am a vegetarian and the waitress strictly refused. This very much bothered me (based sole on principle). It would have actually worked out in their favor (financially speaking) and it also left a 'bad taste in my mouth.' However, if I choose to overlook this, the sushi is quite yummy and service is fast and efficient. (they also use highly quality, non-dyed ginger!) more

Best Sushi in town! 5/22/2007

I highly recommend GINZA as #1 sushi in town... \r The sushi combinations at Ginza are the best - Try TIGER ROLL (addictive) and DEEP IMPACT ROLL. I have been nearly everywhere in town for sushi (Samurai, Sushiyobi, Ichiban, Virago, Rusan's, Shintomi, Miyako)...and this is my top-pick all-around favorite.\r \r Faith Hill eats there with her 3 daughters often, so I know it must be good.\r \r It is clean and quick, and they are so accomodating (I feel home every time I go there, which is often) at GINZA.\r \r GINZA also offers a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. \r The prices can't be beat!!! \r \r Not to mention, the the service is excellent at GINZA consistently... \r Yao is a wonderful server and hostess in so many respects. I have proof - I took my boyfriend there and Yao personally made sure that the sushi chefs spelled out ""I L U"" with my sushi order when my boyfriend and I arrived (so as to surprise him). It was fun and cheesy, but most of all I trust GINZA and know that they are going to make sure that I have the best dining experience while I am there.\r \r Currently, they are undergoing renovations. I am looking forward to their reopening.\r Best regards, Anne B Pros: Sushi combinations (TIGER ROLL), Ambiance, Quick service, Nice people, Celebrities more

Really good sushi at an EXCELLENT pirce 8/25/2006

I intially went here with a friend who loved sushi. This was my first sushi experience and it was so good! The sushi was tastey, as was the salad and miso soup before the meal. The prices are the best I've seen for sushi (and I've been to several other places since Ginza). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good sushi. In fact, after talking about it, I'm going to have to get an order to go for supper tonight. Pros: friendly staff, great sushi, great prices Cons: parking on weekend nights more

Ok Sushi, Bad waitress 7/9/2006

I don't know why I ate there. Waitress was mean and pushed me to eat faster and gave pressure to give her good tips. Sushi was Ok but service was awful.\r \r Unless owner fire her, I wouldn't go back there..... Pros: Ok sushi Cons: bad waitress more

Love it! 6/29/2006

I love Ginza. It's inexpensive and great, what more could you ask for. There is never any rate, and like some other places, it's not about the 'scene'. So it's relaxed, quiet, and the service is phenominal. Pros: Value, Service, Ambience Cons: The music gets a little mind numbing... more

wonderful sushi and entrees 8/1/2005

most affordable sushi stops in nashville are hit-or-miss. ginza is the exception - their sushi combinations and their entrees are always delicious and affordable. Pros: immediate seating, quick service, good parking Cons: music grows on you more

nice sushi 8/18/2002

Good sushi, good service, not very known.....so it is never crowded. I alternate between Ken's and Ginza depending on the day and time. Pros: never crowded, inexpensive, good service Cons: hours more
