Gin's Little Valley Auto Care

As the owner of this business I am bothered by a poor review but the above poor review is by someone who refused to pay to diagnose their vehicle. I have pondered if I should and how to respond. The only way I know how to is to say we believe in giving our customers the best service possible but some people will never be satisfied. Please give us a try and judge for yourself! more

Gins auto service REALLY helped me in a bind I drove all the way from Los Angeles this Thanksgiving and ran into some issues. I arrived in grass valley, my axle boot was torn, no grease and it just started grinding. The Day after Thanksgiving i called up gin and she gave me a quote over the phone. I took it in and they got me a new axle and boots. They also did a full check on the rest of the car, informed me i needed new tires, which was true as well as rack boots which also needing replacement. They replaced my axle in about 2 hours and i was on my way for an extremely reasonable price! She was Honest, Friendly, informative and Trustworthy and If i lived up there i would TOTALLY be there for anything that had to do with my Subaru.
