If I could give it zero I would. After waiting an hour and a half, the most disgusting doughy, soggy, luke warm pile of shite was delivered to my door. I took two bites and threw the rest of the pie in the garbage. I hate to waste food but this was inedible slop! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! more

We love Gino's..after getting slices or pies for over a year, we spotted a customer with a delicious looking sub. We dove into the rest of the menu, and haven't found a loser yet. It actually reminds us of our beloved MA sub shops/Italian eats. Suggested: meatballs!! any of the subs! (Gino's Favorite is a go-to) more

crappy place 2/15/2012

this place is garbage.i ordered food the guy came with it and he looked like a bum and smelled alchohol on him.i went to the store itself i seen a fly sitting on the food touches money and dont wash his hands afterwards. i called and ordered food for the 1st time the guy said we not doing deliveries next thing i know the guy is calling me back several times begging for my order STALKERRRRR.when i was at the store the guy was standing outside then came in to serve me and didnt wash his hands.this place should be shut down does not deserve to continue to serve food very unsanitary more

I placed an order for delivery with an estimated delivery time of 7:30 (which was an hour after I placed the order). I have always been quite happy with the actual arrival time of my food in comparison to the estimated delivery time given by Grub Hub. I actually fell asleep and when I woke up, realized no food had arrived and we hadn't received a call stating that the food was running later. The actualy delivery time was 8:30 and when we said something to the delivery person, he just laughed. more

Avoid this. Horrible service. 1/19/2008

I ordered four meals for delivery from Luigi's on January 16, 2008; they called back one hour later to retake my order. All in all, they showed up over two hours after my first call (I live around the block...) more
