The setting. the food, the family, the clientelle is as closse as you will get to Italy. They have done a wonderful job making you feel like you are at home with your family. I never miss a meal when I'm in town. Love that bread!!!! more

it's the best real italian food 5/13/2003

my family has been coming to gino's for many years. the food is wonderful and the service is great too.. 2 sisters run it, and they are the most warm and friendly people i have ever met, and they can cook too. they were even on the news a couple of times for being Dell Comp. favorite place to eat. Pros: great food, neat place, good wine Cons: can't think of any more

It may be a small quaint place, but it's always delicious. The sauce is to die for.... I have never left there hungry, oh my god, the entrees are so big and so worth it. Pros: great food, nice place, family friendly more

A liitle bit of Italy in Texas! 12/6/2002

I tell you, being a native of the Borrough of the Bronx, New York. It was refreshing to finally find a restaurant that serves SUPERB Italian dishes. The prices are fair, the atmosphere great, the people in its employ were always courteous and friendly. The Food was 'FANTABUOUS'!! I wanted to cry tears of joy for I finally felt that I was not far from my native New York! Thank all at Gino's for the experience!! Pros: Fair Price, Easy atmosphere, Great Food more

Absolutely the best pizza I have experienced in the entire Austin area. The entire menu is an excellent presentation of authentic Italian cuisine. It is a shame it is so small, many people are missing out on a great dining experience. Bring the whole family. Pros: Quality foods, Expert preparation, Authentic flavors more
