I took my six month old to this daycare and came in one day to find him completely unsupervised in a room with another infant and at least one other toddler. There was not even an adult within eyesight of the room. My husband spoke with the staff and we got an apology. When we found a new place to take our son, we gave them a week's notice, saying this would be his last week at the daycare. I came to pick up my child and the manager was very confrontational with me, accusing me of "using" their daycare until I could find a better place and saying that ALL daycares have teachers that step out of the classrooms and I just happened to catch it in action here. That latter part really concerned me and made me wonder just exactly how many times my infant's teacher "stepped out" of the classroom. When I held my ground, my child's things were packed up, we were kicked out, and they kept our money for the whole week.
