Because I'm not familiar with mechanical car stuff, I have to trust and have confidence in the person advising me about what's best and needed for my vehicle. Rich helped me and I trust him. Everyone that I've come in contact with at this dealership, either on the phone or in person, has been friendly and helpful. more
