Absolutely Amazing 7/5/2011

Dylan skillfully provided guidance and advice, helping to alleviate any sense of uncertainty. I had questions. I got to make decisions: the number and sizes of cabinets and drawers, the best use of space, the finish of the cabinets, the counter top. Details that I would never have considered were addressed one by one by Dyan in the most professional manner. I fretted; Dyan consoled. I worried; Dyan reassured. Dyan came through repeatedly and the results show. The kitchen, the cabinets and desk she designed are beautiful. more

From my first phone call to our last follow up conversation, Dyan helped this first time renovator throughout the process. Her designs were excellent and her advice sound. She helped me to find exactly what I wanted. more

Gilmans rocks!!! 6/28/2011

Gilmans rocks!!! I went to Gilman's looking for some window screens for my home and a gentleman by the name of James assisted me. He was very patient and knowledgeable of all the materials that his company carries. I would definitely recommend this company. more

Knowledgeable and Professional 6/17/2011

John was extremely knowledgeable and very professional with me. He told me about one of the custom manufacturers they work with called Woodmode. I liked that he really discussed the quality of the cabinet line and was interested to see my drawings (which I had worked on a very very long time). He thought it could all be done at a reasonable cost. I didn't feel pushed. I left my plans with him and in a few days we met and went over the cost breakdown. John paid attention to every detail I had hoped for and his quoted price was way under what I had been quoted by my custom builder. more

If you could have seen our kitchen a year ago you would know that we needed help....BIG TIME! Our kitchen was so tired and outdated! They completely transformed our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the end product. The fact that everyone who has seen out new kitchen has asked for our contractor's name and phone number speaks volumes about their work! more

The best remodeling contractor in Foster City!! I had a master bath that was beyond hope. The shower was dark and moldy all the time, the bathtub was too narrow, and I still had the old-school wall-length mirror over my gross fake marble counter top. Gilmans came in and completely worked their magic. I have a completely new, beautiful master bathroom now! more

We have remodeled three homes in the last 15 years. In all cases, we used CJ at Gilman's Kitchen and Bath in Foster City to help with the design and purchase of the kitchen and bath cabinets, counter tops, as well as overall layout. She designed the rooms, offered excellent advise, as well as high quality products. I would not hesitate to recommend Gilman's at anytime. more
