The WORST! 7/8/2010

When I bought a car here with cash, they used my personal information to run a credit check and process a credit application against my express instruction that they not use my private data for any such purpose. They told me my accessories would be available the next business day, but instead they could not install them until five business days later; they had no records of my appointments and were rude. When confronted about their inability to do what they said they would, one of their staff managers in the service dept. was base enough to state, ""Well, it's human nature to pass the buck."" Why on Earth would you shop at a place whose managers have an attitude like that! It seems to me that no one at this place takes any pride in performing an honest day's work and providing decent customer service. Avoid this place like the plague! Purely Horrible 2/10/2010

I recently sold an SUV back to this dealer, it was originally purchased here a couple of years ago. They offered me the lowest price possible, I was in a hurry to sell this car, so I didn't have any other choice.\r \r I turned the titles over to them and dropped the vehicle off on Friday, this was scheduled a week and half ago. But they didn't have the check ready for me to pick up when I turned everything over that Friday. Instead, I was told to come back on Monday to pick up the check. So I drove 50 minutes again back to this Honda dealer on Monday, they didn't have the check. Again, they asked me to come back on Wednesday (which was today). I drove back today towards the end of the business hours, giving them all day to cut the check. They didn't have the check ready. I was told to come back tomorrow with no explanations. They wouldn't even bother to hear my questions, I was completely ignored.\r \r I'm going back tomorrow with police and my lawyer.\r \r Their customer services is terrible, uneducated and unpleasant.
