Do NOT trust them!!!! 4/26/2011

We went there to have the spark plugs and wires changed. A day later my car is running very rough. They had forgotten to tighten down a cap. Tightened it down and that seemed to fix it. NOW my car is running so rough almost cant drive it! Take it to a different shop and find out they stripped out one of the holes for the spark plugs. And now have to make additional repairs due to their error and they dont stand behind it! Run far away from them!!!! more

Find a better place. After making an appointment to have my van looked at and having it towed there, my van sat for 4 business days in the parking lot. After the 4th day started to pass, I went in and had to "tell" them to fix it or give me the key. They charged me $75 for diagnostics (even though I told them what the problem was) In the end they charged me $291 for a 10 minute electrical tape repair. Talk about a rip off. And be sure, I will spread the news. GO ELSEWHERE more

Excellent Service & Promptness 9/10/2008

My daughter attends Purdue University & it is difficult for me to help her (600 miles from our home). Her Saturn started running bad & she stopped by Gilliland Motors for help. They took her to campus & called me with an estimate before they did any repairs. The price was right & the car was fixed right on the first visit & they went to campus and brought her back to get her car. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone & everyone! more

I have always received great service at Gilliland they are always helpful and fair, they have a free shuttle service and always try their bet to get me right in when an emergency arrives. they are always pleasent to deal with great great service more

find a better place 12/30/2005

there are tons of better places in and around this very same place where you can find competitive prices and far better service. avoid this place if you can. only plus point is that, i think, they are open late at night and also, sometimes during the weekends. the positives end right there. more
