High Prices is an under statement. Low quality service for a very high price. The owner and head Doctor is not only rude to his staff but publicly humiliates them in front of customers. I felt embarrassed to have to watch him yell at the poor girl that was helping to hold my dog. I will never go there again. If thats how he treats the people that work for him, how is he treating animals behind closed doors. Pros: location Cons: Head doctor, staff, and prices. more

Jordan river animal hospital GREAT VETS!!!! 1/1/2008

My dog daisy has been suffering from hip problems for the last year or so. I have taken her to Jordan River Animal Hospital four times over the last two years and every time daisy and I have been treated with the utmost respect. The doctors are great, you can tell they respect animals and love what they do. They did a thorough exam and talked with me about my concerns and also problems that could be potentially harmful in the future ( weight,diet,exercise) I would recommend this office to anyone who loves their aminals as a part of their family. more

Doctor was put-off and staff followed! 9/6/2007

I would rather get a tooth pulled than go to Jordan River again! The receptionist that helped me was to busy to help me for 15 minutes. She wouldn't even give me paperwork to get started. So after waiting 15 minutes, I had to still fill out paperwork? The place wasn't even busy. When I finally got in to see the doctor, he seemed put-offish like what I had to say wasn't important. I felt like he had better things to do. \r I would not recommend this place if you love your pets Pros: locaton Cons: staff, general attitude towards clients more
