I called Gilbert Computer Repair Company a bit before lunch and spoke with Matt, the owner. He said he would be out within a few hours to clean a virus off my computer. He just left and I am very impressed with his service. He came inline with his on the phone estimate. He was very personable and well mannered. I felt like a service company was actually catering to my needs! more

What a life saver! 3/23/2011

Matt is now our computer guy. He saved my company after I had to terminate an employee who tried to use his access into my server as a means to destroy my company. Matt revoked his access, gave me access back to my server and protected me so it will not happen again. more

I needed a power suply replaced in my desktop computer. This company got a new power supply in on the same day I scheduled an appointment. Nice guy too. more

Great local, computer repair guy 3/10/2011

I love staying local with my business dollars, if I can. How much more local can you get than a computer repair company based in Gilbert! I hired Matt to fix a virus, he did a great job, and I will use his service again. I have used four or five different guys / companies over the years and I can honestly say this one is top notch. Fast service and good rates. more

Matt is a great computer guy. I have used Matt a handful of times for various computer issues (mostly viruses). He always handles my issues with care and takes care of business. I know who to call if I have a computer problem. more

I had a complex issue syncing my phone to my desktop and Gilbert computer repair service was able to resolve the problem when others could not. Great service, smart owner and able to get the job done. more

A nice small local business?? 10/15/2010

I always try to support the local small businesses wherever I am. My computer broke down with a blue screen while I was traveling in Gilbert and I searched for computer repair in Gilbert, AZ on Google and found Gilbert Computer Repair Service. I received an estimate on the phone and made me an appointment. They turned around the job fast and everything was handled professionally. It's been a few weeks now and my laptop is still working very well. Bravo!? more

Gilbert Computer Repair does an excellent job 9/30/2010

Great company! When I need any computer repair or computer service done Matt Karls (the owner of Gilbert Computer Repair Service) makes it happen. I need my laptop almost 24/7 and it had been running slow for a few days and I knew I need some computer service on it. I called Matt on his cell phone (yes, he gives it out) and he came over the same day. He not only got it working in an appropriate amount of time, he fixed a problem I was having with my HDTV. I have had nothing but good experiences with Karls Technology and Matt's Gilbert Computer Repair Service. more

The owner, Matt Karls, came out and replaced my power supply for a very fair price. I was very impressed with his professionalism, skill level and just general friendliness. more

Great Computer Repair 9/18/2010

I now have a computer guy! His name is Matt Karls, owner of Karls Technology / Gilbert Computer Repair Service. He was very friendly on the phone and guaranteed his work before he came out. He really knows his stuff, he worked on two systems (pretty much simultaneously) while talking to me about software and various computer questions. His rates are very affordable and I now know who to call if I have any questions or problems in the future. more

Great Computer Repair Guy 9/17/2010

Great service quality and the owner is very knowledgable. He came out this morning and was able to get my dead server back up all inside of the budget I told him I could afford. He is very nice and I will be referring him to my associates. more
