I do not recommend Dr. Dixit. She is very unprofessional in her behavior. She doesn't like questions and is easily offended. She will then yell at patients. Complains about her stress, possibly because of too many patients. Stay away--you can do better. Used to be good, but not any more. more

I do not recommend this office. Dr. Nita Dixit was very unprofessional in her behavior on my last visit. She complains to patients about how stressed she is, possibly because of too many patients. She is easily insulted when none has been intended. I was lectured and yelled at for simply asking a question. I had been her patient for years but all of a sudden she became enraged, and accused me of blaming my dental problems on her, which I NEVER DID! I thought her whole rant was absurd. Nonetheless, she refused to treat me any longer and also banned me from seeing anyone else in that office, a reaction I thought was way over the top. I was horribly shaken by this because I had always thought we were on good terms. Stay away---you can do better! more

I love this dental group because they explain everything to you, and care about your experience. My daughter and I were not kept waiting, and went from one experienced group of technicians to another without a glitch. \r \r We saw a hygienist, then an x-ray technician, then our dentist. All the information was magically conveyed from one to another without a hitch. My daughter even had a 2nd consultation with another dentist during her appointment, and the 1st dentist was present! Not only that, they made sure I was present. We got to hear their conversation about next steps for her, and both their concerns.\r \r I've never had such excellent care from any medical facility anywhere!\r \r I was then sent to the insurance department where my medical bill was explained, and appointments for future visits were taken care of quickly.\r \r I highly recommend this group to anyone in search. I was looking for a dentist for a long time, tired of the care I'd been getting from several other inept offices. Maybe I would like the dentist, but the hygienist was awful, or the rest of the staff. \r Avoid Dr. Michael Mandell. \r \r Dr. Frederick Mandell is EXCELLENT.\r \r Here, everyone, literally everyone, felt like they were hand-picked for their job. Thank you SCDG!!!! more

Studio City Dental Group is great! 5/25/2011

I was very happy with my visit at Studio City Dental Group the first time I went there. The whole group of dentists and their incredible staff welcomed me with a gentle touch and they were all very sweet to me. I was always afraid of going to the dentist but I took the risk having heard so many wonderful things about them. I could notice that everyone there knows what they are doing. They made this experience so much easier and I would definitely be going back for my follow-ups visits. They are the BEST! more

Happy Patient 8/25/2010

I highly recommend Dr.Thomas !!! I had several pain because my wisdom tooth were growing at an awkward angle, I went to Studio City Dental Group to solve the problem and Dr.Thomas made me feel secure and fearless. The procedure was painless and I'm very happy with the results!! Thank youuuu!!! more

Best Results!! Great Staff!! 8/4/2010

You can't imagine how afraid I was to go to the dentist! I needed a Root Canal treatment ASAP because I couldn't stand the pain!! My friend Christie recommended me Studio City Dental Group. When I got there, I started to feel in good hands already...Dr. Mandell examined me and explained the procedure to follow and everything went wonderful! I'm so happy with the result =P\r I highly recommend Studio City Dental Group, the staff is very polite and have great doctors! more

Not afraid anymore!! 8/4/2010

Great dentist for My Kid! 9/15/2009

My kid chipped his teeth and he was in pain, someone recommended the pediatric dentist in studio dental group and I was amazed of the good service they have!.. My kid hates to go to the dentist, he was afraid, but the dentist was so nice to him and explained him what he was going to do with his teeth, made him laugh and had a great time! For my first visit to this dentistry office I have the best comments! There's 100% chance I'll come back! Pros: Gave me the appointment right away! Cons: non on my fist appoitment! more
