Mark H had serviced my geothermal unit and everything checked out great. After he left I noticed that the AC wouldn't cool the house below 80 degrees. So I contacted Gibsons and told them something wasn't right. They sent Mark back out and he found that he had left the condensor wires unplugged. Oops, glad that's all it was! Works fine now. Outstanding – It’s not the normal word you use when your plumbing is backed up. Mark H did an outstanding job. Our plumbing was backed after hours. When I called Gibson’s, the answering service relayed my information to on-call service who returned my call within 30 minutes. I told Mark what the issue was and what I have tried. Mark explains what could be wrong and their rates. Due to the plumbing only being partial blocked, I decided to have him come out the next day. I received a call about 30 minutes prior to his arrival that he was on his way. I meet Mark and he was very polite and professional. I explained the issue and showed him around the house. Mark explained the starting pricing and said that we would take it one step at a time. Mark got out his camera and start looking for the blockage. Mark found it and cleared it. I then tested ALL drain and they worked fine. Mark was not done, he ran the camera back in to check to make sure it was all clear. Mark found another small blockage further back, that he also cleared. Thank you, otherwise he would have been back out in 3 months clearing that one. Mark recommended an enzyme treatment to help prevent blockages. Mark explained Gibson’s Service Partner Plans. I purchased the enzyme treatment and Service Partner Plan as an investment to my home. Mark H. from Gibson's did an impressive job working on my homes AC unit. My home is finally comfortable again after having been miserable all last summer. On a side note both of the women living in my home felt comfortable and safe having Mark in the house. Mark was the first serviceman we have allowed to be in our home with out me being there. Both of them felt safe enough for me to leave and head to work. This is impressive so I thought it should be mentioned. more

Loved the fact that the same technician who reviewed my issue and gave me a quote was also the one who did the actual work. It was easy to schedule the time/date; Mark, the technician, arrived on time, was friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. mark came to replace a filter that was made to big,and a door unfortunately it was the wrong style door.but the new filter fit great. more

Saturday morning we woke up to a flooding basement and a water heater spewing water everywhere. We called Gibson's for assistance, as they had helped us before, and we soon heard from Mark. mark did an excellent job as always. the only problem was the media frame was a little to big, so now my filter door is bowed and he had to use screws to hold it in place. more

Jason M was out to unclog a drain backup that we had. It was a late night fix. He had Jay with him. I have to say the two of them were very curtious kind and were very professional. I purchased a new garbage disposer. Realizing I had no clue how to properly install it, we called Gibson's. They called us when Jason M was on his way (right on time, by the way!).
